Being an overweight wasn't a good thing for every one of us. It drops our confidence, it drops our motivation, and more importantly it's bad for your health. Statistics show that 60% of the population are overweight and approximately 90% of all dieters regain their weight within a year.
This blog hopefully will act as a guide and as a repository of information about health, how to lose weight, nutrition, and general well being. This blog will also discuss about gym training, how to train better, how to motivate yourself, and all those stuffs. By having this blog, hopefully people will be motivated to change their lifestyle, their mindset about being healthy, and their habits.
